Summer surround me with your colors

This was at the beginning of the summer--just when the heat was turned on.  It was nice to finally go on a hike take in the sun and feel recharged.  The light was warm; it was peaking through the branches and bouncing off the leaves. Hikes ground me. It's in those quiet moments where I really connect and let go all at once.  I need to be in nature.  I need to be surrounded by green. 

I also loved that Kevin allowed me to capture the moments, it can be a long walk when you're with a photographer.  We like to make sure everything is lined up, we don't like leaving a spot till we know for sure we got our shot.
