Watercolor painting has been a true blessing for my creativity since becoming a mother. Although it takes time to dry, I find comfort in knowing that the paint is safe for my children. Plus, I can easily move my "studio" closer or further away from where they play.
One of the things I love about watercolors is their accessibility. They are an art form that is affordable for everyone. As a stay-at-home mom, this is one of the few ways I can generate an income. I also take pride in using a portion of my sales to help those in need.
For instance, when Texas faced challenges due to the frost, I was able to donate $267. Similarly, when Gaza needed assistance, I helped raise $340 to support families and children in distress. Currently I was able to donate $470 dollars to Operarion Airdrop for the people affected by Hurricane Helene, and $35 to Wolrd Central Kitchen.
Below, you will find a link with multiple ways to donate and assist those impacted by the hurricane. Additionally, I will include a link to Doctors Without Borders, which supports not only the people of Gaza but also families in the Congo.
Let’s spread love through our support. Thank you for joining me in not only supporting my work but also helping those who truly need it.
During this time I offer a Pay What You Can with a suggested starting point of $15–I offer paintings either in a 4x6 or 8x10 size. 25% of proceeds will go to a charity of choice. Shipping per print is $5. Please email or DM on instagram me with the painting number to start a conversation about purchasing — thank you!
